Online-Tools for Biocatalysis

Here we present a number of tools that we have developed in the past and that can be used for the simulation of enzyme kinetics and for the codon harmonization of sequences.

The previous versions of the tools (as refered to by the original publications; cyclo, enantio, kresh, sekire and stereo) are not supported by current operation systems and are available on demand only. The tool IsoPat2 is provided as download here.
